Clewdyn Investments Inc. is excited to be one of the financial sponsors for Ashayla Nation-Williams. It's a privilege to support the talent and dedication for a young dancer in my community who, through hard work, has been selected by World Performers Canada Inc. to represent our country at the International Dance World Cup (Europe). The competition will be held in July 2026 in Dublin, Ireland with 60 other nations and over 10,000 competitors going for gold.

A groundbreaking, animated short film

Clewdyn Investments Inc. is excited to have been a primary funder of the making of the film Church Hat. The recently completed stop-motion paper puppetry animated short film is adapted from the children's book of the same name, available on Amazon. The story captures a moment of questioning, compassion, and trust when a young Black boy from a conservative Caribbean household is caught trying on and posing his Mother's fancy hats. Instead of a traditional response that preserves generational trauma, she offers curiosity, love, understanding, and safety. Currently the film is being considered for film festival screenings in 2026.
