Debra Elayne Williams BS MA CGAP CFE

Debra Williams is a performance strategist and empowerment coach who has implemented transformation projects and interventions for over 20 years. Her specialty is leadership mentoring as well as (re)designing processes, modernizing procedures and leading teams of subject matter experts for measurable results. Her clients achieve outcomes that meet evolving short and long term organizational needs. A certified auditor, fraud examiner, and cognitive behavioral techniques practitioner, she applies the right tools and advice to balance specific guidelines and agile methods for success.
